Taylor V. Card (she/her) is a writer and potter‍ specializing in speculative short fiction and hand-built sculpture. Her work experiments with finding hope, form and fantastical examinations of slice-of-life traumas. Taylor’s creative obsessions include a reverence for animals, coming of age at any age, and platonic love. Also: tangling with (a)sexuality. Her work has been recognized as genre-bending, terrifying, sensory, lyrical, and “funny and true.” Most days, she haunts her home in Michigan, making trending coffee beverages, obsessing over her cat, Juniper, and wearing blue.

Taylor lives in Metro Detroit and loves to travel. Her day job includes technical, legal, creative, and marketing writing. Most recently, she is serving as a reader for Silly Goose Press.
